A little goes along way. I love this edge control and the hold it provides without a sticky feeling or white residue. It provides a soft hold which last all day. Those rare occasions where I did sweat the edge control doesn’t make my edges look sweated out instead my curls still pop. I love the smell as well.

The ultimate test was when I simply picked out my afro (no blow dryer, no heat), sprayed & slicked back my hair with the edge gel, and put it into a top bun.
And I used a wide tooth comb to help slick it back.
I just KNEW there were going to be a few frizzy escapees, but there were none!😲
All the tresses stayed in place the full day, no problems, no worries! Whaaaaaaa?! And, of course, it smelled amazing—as Donna's Recipe does 😏
Last, there was no guilt that I was putting questionable chemicals in my hair. I'm on my healthy hair journey with DR's products & I'm not trying to derail my progress (like I've accidentally done in the past ... a few times🤦🏾♀️😅)
The only thing I need for them to do is provide it in a bigger jar, and I'll be good to go!

This was my second purchase of the gel, I simply love it. Great hold without drying or flaking. All of Donna’s products are amazing- she is showing out.
By the way we used ( well my hairdresser did) used Donna’s recipe shampoo, conditioner and curl defining mousse- we LOVE the smell, the slip and cleansing -it didn’t strip my hair. The photos are a take down of a two strand twist. I love your mousse and curl enhancing gel because my hair wasn’t tangled up or matted.

I really have a hard time finding a edge control that I like but this one does it for me!!!!! Smells good and my edges were slayed!!!!
Yassssss!! We love it! We recommend to put a satin scarf after applying the edge gel for 10 mins or so and it also keeps those edges slayed down. We love and appreciate you. Love your video and pictures❤️

This “Whipped Vanilla Cream-Edge Gel” is the Truth!!! I can wear a hat, scarf even a wig and my edges stay intact. It’s hot as heck here in SC and my edges, with this gel, has survived the humidity and sweat. I love the refreshing vanilla scent! This gel is not sticky, nor does it make your hair hard. It literally glides into your hair and keeps it in place. I used it on my roots when I braided my hair, to tame those little fly away hairs. I put a tiny bit on my eyebrows as well (for a sleek look) because that’s my “business”😂
