Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Donna’s Recipe wholesale family! We’re so excited to partner with you and get our products into the hands (and onto the curls!) of more amazing customers. To keep things smooth and clear, here are our wholesale terms:

Discount

1. All approved wholesale partners receive a 40% discount off the retail price.
2. Discount applies only to wholesale purchases, not retail or special promotions.

   *Donna's Recipe Rewards and promotions apply to retail purchases only.

Order Quantities

1. Products must be purchased in case quantities.
2. Case sizes vary depending on the product:
3. Some products are packed in cases of 6
4. Others are packed in cases of 12
5. Orders must be placed in full case increments (no broken cases).

Payment

1. Payment is due at the time of order.
2. We accept major credit cards.

Shipping

1. Wholesale buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
2. We’ll provide tracking once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

1. To keep quality and safety at the highest level, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
2. Please notify us within 7 business days of delivery if you encounter any issues.

Selling Guidelines

1. Wholesale purchases are intended for resale in your approved retail location(s) or e-commerce store.
2. Products must be sold in their original packaging and may not be altered or rebranded.
3. Online sales on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) are not permitted.
