FAQ (Shipping/Returns/Etc)

1. How long are shipping times?
Currently, we have standard shipping and can expect to receive your order in 7-8 business days.  You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are facing high volume orders so please be patient to receive your tracking number as you will still receive within the expected 7-8 business days unless unforeseen delays arises (i.e. inclement weather, carrier delays).

Once your order has shipped, you can reach out to the carrier directly regarding the status of your package. Some packages may have delays depending on your location due to severe weather conditions across the country.

Once your order has shipped contact the carrier with your tracking number or file a missing order report so they can locate your package.

2. Whats your return policy?
All sales are final unless product arrives damaged. We will replace damaged items with photos sent to customer service.

Please email us at care@donnasrecipe.com to request return. Do not ship back until you have been approved by a team member for return.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order. We can not cancel or modify and order once it has been placed after 20 mins. You can go to your account here if you are still in window to cancel on your own. Outside of the cancellation window, it will have to be a return.
