1. How long are shipping times?
Currently, we have standard shipping and can expect to receive your order in 12-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are facing high volume orders so please be patient to receive your tracking number as you will still receive within the expected 12-14 business days unless unforeseen delays arises (i.e. inclement weather, COVID delays). Once your order has shipped, you can reach out to the carrier at 1-800-ASK-USPS regarding your order. Some packages may have delays depending on your location due to severe weather conditions across the country.

2. Whats your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request return. Do not ship back until you have been approved by a team member for return.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are able to be done within 15 mins of placing an order. If your order has already been shipped and you received a tracking number to your email, it would have to be dealt with as a return. Please see question 2 on return policy.
