Long story short, the last hair care line that I was using, which I absolutely adored, went out of business out of nowhere.
I really went through a grieving process of now having to start over with finding a new hair care regimen/system.
After trying other product after product, which they ALL shall remain nameless, Donna’s Recipe is now my go to for an entire system when doing wash day at home.
My hair texture is extremely close to Tabitha’s and so I had high hopes when trying the products. Everything from the shampoo, conditioners, and LOC system are absolutely amazing. Auntie Tabatha and Great Auntie Donna, thank you so very much.
OMG, my hair also smells like cinnamon, vanilla, and all things wonderful, so, even when I do ballet, my hair and coils are holding up and instead of my scalp smelling like sweat and product buildup, it smells like sweet potato pie lol thank you!!!!
The attached video is from my latest super quick twist out still using the entire system. The pictures are from the first time I did a wash and go (EVER), and the results were phenomenal.

Hi Ladies, I was having the same problem with the rewards. If you are logged into the account with your phone it should be a pink gift box symbol in the left Lowe hand corner. You will find your rewards there. Hope this helps. Happy Holidays!
I’m having the same issue as the other ladies, Kathleen Banks, Kim Johnson, Annie E. Wright and Tyra. I have placed at least three or four orders in the last three months. I keep getting emails saying I have points but don’t see them. Where are they and how can we use them? I would rather use the points than to have to come out of pocket every time I order. It’s getting pretty costly and I really don’t want to have to stop with taking care of my hair and using these products. I also want to keep supporting black-owned business but if the customer service isn’t going to be top notch then I may have to stop supporting. May I suggest hiring, a few customer service reps to help with online orders via phone or email. Also updating the website so thay customers are actually able to see and redeem their points. Just a couple of suggestions. Thank you.
